Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.
If you change your mind or simply aren't happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 60 days of delivery and we'll even refund you the return delivery fee (up to $10).
Please note the following conditions:
1. Your item/s must be in unused condition;
2. You must contact us requesting a return BEFORE shipping any items to us;
3. You have up to 60 days after receiving your item to contact us requesting a return;
4. To receive a refund on your return delivery fee, you must provide a copy of the postal receipt clearly displaying the fee and the tracking number (express shipping charges are non-refundable)
We're so sorry to hear that. But don't worry, you might be covered by our 12-Month "Repair or Replace" Warranty. Please reach out to our team at email@example.com with a photo or video displaying the issue and we'll do our very best to make it right.
Once you've contacted us requesting a return, we aim to get back to you within 24 hours with all the info you need.
When we receive and inspect the returned items we'll be in touch within 48 hours with information regarding your return. If your return is approved we'll request a postal receipt so we can refund the amount you paid to return the item and we will also process a refund on your order (excluding any express shipping costs).
