ORDER QUESTIONS

We ship virtually everywhere across the globe, covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania and our home - Australia. We use major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination safely and securely.

STANDARD DELIVERY

FREE on orders $75+ || $7.95 on orders under $75

EXPRESS DELIVERY

FREE on orders $150+ || $27 on orders under $150

Of course! Once your order has shipped we will provide you with a tracking number you can use to track your order.

We’re not responsible for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied by customs in the country where your order is shipped to. This will be your responsibility – you may want to contact your local customs offices for information before placing the order. 

Standard Shipping - 12 to 20 Business Days

Express Shipping - 5 to 10 Business Days

Please note that the typical order dispatch time is 1 to 5 days.

Please contact us at support@dappertime.com – we may be able to immediately give you an estimate of when the timepiece is going to be re-stocked or will pop in an email as soon as the watch is available.

Please get in touch, emailing support@dappertime.com – we’ll be happy to update you on the order progress and give you a good idea on when your order will be with you.

At DapperTime we’re super-efficient and want you to receive your order as soon as possible. We will try to process and dispatch your order as quickly as we can, which may limit our ability to add items to the initial order or to prevent a package from shipping. Nevertheless, do reach out to us at support@dappertime.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Please contact us at support@dappertime.com, describing the issue with the product received. Please also attach good quality, close-up photo(s) or videos demonstrating the fault.

We aim to reply to you as soon as we can – this shouldn’t take longer than 24 hours.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS

We accept PayPal and most major Credit Cards.

You also have the option to select Afterpay at checkout which allows you to pay fortnightly over 4 interest-free installments. We ship your order as usual even before your order is paid in full.

We try to show our appreciation to loyal and valued customers by offering the discount coupons. Some of them have unlimited validity, others may be open to use just for a certain time. If not specified, please drop as a line at support@dappertime.com and we’ll be happy to check that for you. Please note the codes won't be accepted for already discounted items.

RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders due to hygiene reasons since our products are wearable items and not fit for resale upon return.

We do however provide support for any items that arrive damaged or that do not fit the description. In these cases we may offer Store Credit or a Replacement. For further information, please refer to our Refunds Policy page.
